Terms of Service
By using FlyRouter's gateway, console and related services, you agree to the following terms.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms are an agreement between you and FlyRouter ("we", "us") regarding your use of the FlyRouter gateway, website and console (together, the "Service"). By registering an account, creating an API key or calling the API, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the Service
- What we provide is a unified API gateway: we forward your requests to the model providers you designate (the "Upstream") and meter and bill you based on actual usage.
- We are not a model provider, we do not own model weights, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or legality of model outputs. Responses are generated directly by the Upstream.
- The Service depends on third-party networks, Upstream services and payment channels. Upstream outages, rate limits or policy changes may make some models temporarily unavailable; we will restore them as soon as possible and explain the situation in announcements.
- We do not commit to any specific availability metrics (SLA). If you require a written SLA, please contact us at [Contact Email] to enter into a separate agreement.
3. Accounts and API Keys
- You must provide true and valid registration information (email or third-party account) and keep it up to date.
- An API key is equivalent to your account credentials. You must keep it safe and must not commit it to public repositories or distribute it in plain text in clients. Calls made with your key are deemed to be your own actions.
- If you discover that a key has been leaked or your account has been compromised, immediately revoke the key in the console and contact us. We will help investigate, but we are not responsible for usage that occurred before revocation.
- In principle, each individual or organization should hold only one account; multi-account behavior used to evade quotas, promotions or risk controls may be restricted.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- engage in activities that violate applicable laws and regulations, or generate or distribute content prohibited by law;
- infringe others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights or other lawful rights and interests;
- reverse engineer, stress test or penetration test the Service, or circumvent rate limits, billing or quotas;
- register accounts in bulk, farm credits, or abuse email or API resources through automated means;
- resell, lease or act as an agent for the Service, or package it as your own product for sale to others, without written authorization;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or cause an Upstream provider to violate its own terms of service.
For accounts suspected of violations, we may throttle, suspend or terminate them, and will explain the reasons to a reasonable extent. Where judicial or regulatory requirements are involved, we may be unable to notify you in advance.
5. Fees, Top-ups and Billing
- The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis, priced in US dollars (USD). The unit prices for input, output and cache read/write of each model are as displayed in real time on the pricing page, which also lists the official original price for comparison.
- You must top up before use. The balance may only be used to offset call charges, bears no interest, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Unit prices may be adjusted due to Upstream costs, exchange rates or promotions. Adjustments apply to calls made after the change, and we will not retroactively charge for usage already incurred.
- The model, token usage and amount charged for each call are recorded in the console and can be filtered by time and model for reconciliation.
- Charges resulting from your own configuration issues (for example, recursive calls or key leakage) are borne by you. We will try to alert you when we detect abnormal usage, but this does not constitute an obligation.
6. Refunds
- Unused top-up balance may be refunded to the original payment method upon request to [Contact Email] within 7 days of the top-up; the refund will be reduced by the fees actually charged by the payment channel.
- Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Failed calls caused by Upstream outages are not billed, and you can verify them one by one in the console.
- For orders topped up through third-party payment channels (Stripe, Alipay, etc.), if a payment dispute arises, please contact us first; we will cooperate with the payment channel's investigation.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
- We may add, adjust or retire models and features; significant changes will be announced in advance.
- We will try to schedule planned maintenance during off-peak hours and announce it in advance; for unplanned interruptions (Upstream outages, network attacks, force majeure, etc.), we will explain the cause and scope of impact after recovery.
- If the Service is terminated as a whole, we will announce it 30 days in advance and refund the unused balance in your account.
8. Intellectual Property
- The code, interface, documentation and trademarks of the Service itself are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.
- The prompts and files you submit and the outputs generated belong to you (to the extent permitted by applicable law). To provide the Service, you authorize us to transmit, store and process this content to the extent necessary.
- You must ensure that the content you upload does not infringe third-party rights; you are responsible for handling any disputes arising from the content you upload.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that model outputs are correct, complete or suitable for a particular purpose; for professional decisions involving medical, legal, financial or similar matters, please verify on your own and have them confirmed by a professional.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by Upstream providers, network operators, payment channels or force majeure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and Termination
- You may stop using the Service and request to close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate the Service in the following circumstances: serious breach of these Terms, fraud or payment risk, at the request of judicial or regulatory authorities, or long-term arrears.
- After termination, any unused balance in your account will be handled in accordance with Section 6; call logs and bills already generated will be retained for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website with an effective date; continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and request a refund.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by [Governing Law]. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in [Jurisdiction].
